Meet Jessica

I offer, compassionate, scientific and holistic psychological services.

My approach blends multiple modalities such as Attachment Based therapy, Deep Brain Re-orienting, Family Therapy, Depth psychology, Process-oriented psychology, Somatic oriented therapy, Trauma-informed Therapy, The Gottman method and collaborative practices to address your lived experience and factors that may impact your wellbeing. This work may include understanding unhealed childhood traumas, recognizing shame and external or internalized oppression.

Sessions focus on achieving your goals. Deep learning and change can be slow. I offer services that meet your needs in a mutually agreeable therapeutic time frame.

POPULATIONS I WORK WITH:

  • Limited pro-bono consultation with the Catholic Christion Outreach.

Individual therapy: In my role as a psychologist with the Federal Government of Canada I offer humanistic, experiential and trauma based therapy for incarcerated individuals. Trauma informed therapy explores the impact of trauma, intergenerational trauma and various life experiences which impact your wellbeing.

Process-oriented Group therapy: Group therapy for men who love their children and want to support their family systems, women, and children and their community.

STRONG FATHER’s GROUP facilitator. Working with men who stand in solidarity for safety, nurturance and gratitude for children and women.
